There are a number of avenues you can choose when recruiting through Gordon Group Technology:

  Exclusive supply

For a significantly lower fee, we will partner with the client on an exclusive basis and explore a greater number of avenues within which to source the best candidates. This style of recruitment may encompass print and internet advertising, targetted skills resourcing, or even going abroad to find the right person. Timeframes will be agreed in advance, and if requested, skills and/or Psychometric testing can be utilised. A full report on the recruitment cycle (outlining the full history of the role, candidate analysis, and how it eventually settled on the successful candidate) will also be provided upon request.

  4 Quarterly Method

We are confident of our ability to supply you with the best possible people for the job. To prove it, we are putting our money where our mouths are. Agreed in advance, clients have the choice to withhold payment of our fee's by up to 6 months! This eliminates the risk faced by many companies using recruitment agencies and offers a flexible payment method

  Contingency method

If you would like to use us as one of a number of suppliers on a specific role, we can use our extensive resources to source the most suitable candidates for you. Gordon Group Technology is a preferred supplier to a number of large multinational technology companies.
